This policy explains how Kainapp LLC ("Kainapp", "we") handles information on kainapp.com. If you have questions, write to info@kainapp.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the "Start your project" form: whether the app is personal or for a business, business name, type of app, phones, timing, approximate budget, your name, email, phone and any notes you add. We do not ask for the details of your idea through the form.

The site remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your answers only to reply to you and to talk about your project. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Services that help us run the site

The form is delivered to our email through Web3Forms. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver their service, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your request only as long as we need it to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and our legal records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to info@kainapp.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
